Repetitive strain injury Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) is the result of repetitive
movements causing damage to the nerves, soft tissues, tendons, and
muscles as the same muscle groups become overused through

sympathetic dystrophy, thoracic outlet syndrome, myofascial pain
syndrome, bursitis, tenosynovitis, reflex sympathetic dystrophy,
DeQuervain's syndrome, and trigger finger/thumb
Symptoms of Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) include pain and discomfort, tightness, stiffness,
soreness, burning in the hands, wrists, fingers, forearms, or
elbows, tingling, coldness, and/or numbness in the hands, loss of
strength and/or co-ordination in the hands, and a constant need to
massage your hands, wrists, and arms
